The Butterfly Art Foundation (BAF) is a nonprofit non-governmental organization conceptualised and run by a dedicated group of art lovers, nature enthusiasts, professionals and educationists, under the Butterfly Charitable Trust. BAF has set lofty goals aimed at the creation, promotion, preservation and presentation of visual arts and conservation of Nature, interlaced with the socio-cultural and ethnic fabric of the humanity at large.

Why it relate itself to the fields of Art and Nature is because the Art is an intellectual by-product
of human thoughts that are directly or indirectly influenced by the forces of Nature, its beauty and its totality.
The final end product of this creative thought process has to be the well-being of Humanity.
Art, Science and the knowledge of Natural History aim nothing but this this ultimate goal.
The Butterfly, for us, is a work of Art by Nature.
It is symbolic of the tenderness of Art, the intricacies of Science and an ocean of knowledge on Natural History. The Butterfly Art Foundation aims at nothing more and nothing less.
